My desire is to help others to become empowered by using doTERRA essential oils and taking control of their own health. Since learning about essential oils, using them on myself and my family, I have come to realize the power the oils have in helping to alleviate many of the daily health concerns we have in a natural and holistic way.

I was a very sick woman for a long time. I decided that that the modern medical approach was not working to help me obtain the life I wished to achieve. I became by own health investigator and found there was help for me in the NATURAL world. Essential Oils were recommended to me by my Integrative Wellness Professional. I did the research and found many oils were not as good as some others. I knew with God's perfect timing the answers would come to me. I met a woman, a total stranger, who introduced me to doTERRA and since then my life has changed. I was once a defeated individual with no help other than the constant barrage of prescriptions given to me by my former medical doctor. I now have the power to take control of my own health naturally and effectively with the power of oils and other products from the doTERRA company. I consider the oils my PLANT MEDICINE, and THEY WORK.

I have been a yo-yo dieter since I was in my 30's. My weight has gone from 115 to 190 pounds and anywhere in between. I have done most of the programs and even lost 50 pounds on a popular international weight loss program. I also worked for them here in Utah and continued to keep the weight off for most of the time, despite the programs continual changes and life's ups and downs.

Then I learned about PLANT BASED NUTRITION. This is a way of life that has changed me from the inside out. I encourage everyone to give plants a try!
