In this presentation, I share insights into the critical role of automating data flow for successfully implementing AI systems in manufacturing environments. I discuss key steps to leverage AI for maximizing efficiency, improving decision-making, and uncovering new opportunities. I also highlight practical strategies to help businesses prepare for integrating AI-based technologies while addressing challenges and delivering measurable results.

During a session hosted by the Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering, and Industrial Automation at Silesian University of Technology, I had the opportunity to deliver a presentation focused on the key trends, challenges, and opportunities related to the adoption of modern technological solutions in manufacturing.
My talk addressed the real-world barriers that production facilities face when implementing industrial IT systems and highlighted the strategic potential of digital transformation.

As part of an event held at the Silesian University of Technology and organized under the European City of Science Katowice 2024 initiative, I had the opportunity to deliver a presentation on the role of artificial intelligence in industry.
The event aimed to promote innovation, education, and stronger collaboration between the scientific community and the industrial sector.

As part of the New Technology Week within the City of Science initiative, I was invited to deliver a lecture during the 4th Business Process Management Symposium at the CNTI, University of Economics in Katowice.
The session focused on the procurement of new technologies — how to properly model the purchasing process, avoid hidden costs, and approach digitalization in a smart and sustainable way.
I also had the pleasure of moderating a discussion panel where we explored real-world challenges and best practices in tech investment strategies.

I had the pleasure of participating in one of the leading conferences in Poland focused on robotics and emerging technologies – Robotics – an event bringing together industry professionals and technology enthusiasts.
During the discussion, I addressed the growing need for effective data acquisition in robotic machinery, the role of MES systems in managing production genealogy, and the importance of layered historization of both quality and business signals within industrial environments.

During an international event – AVEVA WORLD San Francisco, I had the opportunity to present a case study on a 20-year collaboration with one of the largest dairy producers in Poland and share the story of their journey toward implementing Industry 4.0 principles. I was the only speaker from Central and Eastern Europe to take the stage.

During a webinar for Production Manager, I talked about how modern technological solutions, such as EMS (Energy Management Systems), can have a real impact on reducing utility costs in manufacturing plants.

At the Pancernik Security Show (September 9, 2025, MCK Katowice, Poland), I demonstrated how to effectively protect industrial infrastructure (SCADA, MES, ERP) and securely bridge IT and OT environments. My talk was based on insights from real-world implementations — highlighting the role of SCADA as the first line of defense, practical integration patterns, and solutions that genuinely enhance operational resilience. No fearmongering — just clear business benefits.

During a webinar organized in collaboration with TÜV NORD Polska, I spoke about how certifications and standards shape everyday behaviors within a company, how IT implementations become catalysts for change, and how leaders can use the certification process as a tool to build a culture of engagement.

We shared practical insights from digital transformation projects across various industries, showing that certifications and IT systems are not merely formal requirements – they are opportunities for growth and lasting organizational change.

Online Talks on Eliminating Waste in Business.

In the webinar series “The Leader’s Muda – How to Eliminate Waste in Your Company with Technology?”, we showcased practical methods for identifying the 7 types of Muda, calculating their cost in real financial terms, and selecting digital solutions (such as Andon systems, OEE/MES platforms, APS, and traceability tools) that deliver fast and measurable ROI.

During my visit to the Faculty of Infrastructure and Environment at the Częstochowa University of Technology (Częstochowa, Poland), I delivered a lecture focused on the applications of modern technologies – particularly artificial intelligence – in today’s manufacturing.

In a follow-up interview, we also discussed future-proof competencies and the key differences between academic and industrial use of AI.

During an interview for Radio Piekary (Piekary Śląskie, Poland), we discussed the differences between using AI at home and in a business context. We also talked about the changes occurring in the job market in the era of modern technologies.

During a webinar hosted by LeanQ Team, we explored how the Lean philosophy fits into the realities of technological transformation and digitalization. Our discussion focused on the opportunities to combine continuous improvement with the power of modern technologies – showing that Lean and digital tools are not mutually exclusive, but can in fact reinforce each other to drive smarter, faster, and more sustainable change.

The first edition of the ERP RE:FRAME 2025 Congress was an event that brought a whole new perspective on ERP systems, digitization of processes and cooperation between technology providers.

I had the pleasure of being a speaker, sharing my experiences with ERP, MES and SCADA implementations and talking about the DarkData phenomenon, i.e. the data that companies collect but are unable to use. In the lecture, I talked about how to achieve the digital maturity necessary to automate information flows and integrate systems across the enterprise.
