I'm Adam Kleckner, a strategic leader and advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace, and I am based out of Tacoma, Washington in the United States. My driving passion comes from working to create environments where individuals with diverse cognitive profiles are valued for their unique contributions and strengths.

As the Head of Strategy, my focus is on developing robust hiring practices that not only accommodate neurodiverse individuals but actively seek to reap the benefits of their unique perspectives. Through years of dedication and innovative methodology, I've been able to make a real difference not only to businesses' performance but also to the lives of countless individuals who might otherwise have been left on the sidelines.
