I'm an ASU student studying Innovation In Society with a planned minor in Psychology. I'm also the host of Applying Awareness, a podcast centered around enabling humanity to transcend our current limits through applying our awareness of the internal and external causes and effects that shape our experiences. I'm passionate about using a unique mix of positive psychology research and eastern wisdom to empower individuals to make the right decisions, form the right habits, and listen to their intuition. I love when I'm able to help people realize the true power they hold to shape the course of their lives and the lives around them. I learn best through teaching.
