He is having over 13 years hands-on experience in engineering domain . His domain expertise varied from Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliance, Business Process Mapping & Re-Engineering, Process Transitions.

Also he is in management board of Sakura World Holding Ltd., a Japanese company and working on their products TouchMall – A ecommerce portal & Touchpay – A worldwide payment processor & working as CEO in AXE Fintech Limited ( London ) a blockchain based Fintech company .

He is Global Advisor and do alliances for worldwide license agreements . He is a part of innovation into Turiin Turbines – India and successfully developed Mini Hydro power turbines which are developed for RCC ( River Current Converter ) & TEC ( Tidal Energy Converter ) .Aawesh operates as Director Marketing & Alliances in this renewable energy field and taking this to global level.
Aawesh works for society support with a very effective model of Skill Education as Spiktel Skills Learning Centres which provides skill learning to youths and their placements to industries, Aawesh is running this on big scale with 6 centres at different states in India and taking a target of 5000 youth empowering per year.
