Bio

I founded The ADHD Project as a way to help those with ADHD lead more fulfilling lives by sharing strategies, practices, and resources. By raising awareness, I aim to help end the stigma associated with our condition and share the universal lessons it has taught me about the human experience.

Even those without a neurological condition can draw insights, parallels, and life lessons from my program. I have spoken to groups of varying size from hundreds to thousands of people virtually and in person. I speak about my experience with ADHD, and what we can learn from it.

The topic of "How my unique ADHD experience has taught me universal lessons on life, perseverance, and knowing ones self" is my most commonly request program. Most recently I was asked to speak at the Charles Schwab Abilities Network conference.

Universal lessons on life, perseverance, and knowing ones self learned through my ADHD experience

ADHD is not just being forgetful or goofy, and it's more than just a short attention span. The symptoms you see on the surface are just the tip of the iceberg. For me and the millions of others with ADHD, it's a deeply emotional experience. It impacts your fundamental perception of the human experience, it begins as a child and grows with you over time. In this presentation, I will share insights on the ADHD experience, and how these translate to universal life lessons that those of all walks of life can relate to.
