A.J. graduated from Neenah High School in the small town of Neenah, WI. He was heavily recruited for football and a standout high school player in multiple sports. At the young age of 17 years old, he accepted a full-ride football scholarship to the United States Military Academy at West Point.
On September 4th, 2016, he married the love of his life Marissa T. Armstrong who is an entrepreneur, fitness specialist, fitness model, and natural bikini competitor. To this day, they are business partners.
In 2016, Forbes Magazine ranked West Point the Number 1 public college in the country. A.J. lettered in football at the United States Military Academy. He then earned a bachelor of science in Systems Engineering with a concentration in financial engineering and published a journal relating to least squared regression models and how they can be used to fight counterinsurgency warfare. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in May of 2015. He was and continues to be mentored by some of the most impressive men and women in the country who attended the United States Military Academy.He is currently attending Northeastern University located out of Boston, MA and working toward a Master's of Business Administration graduate degree with a concentration in Marketing.
A.J. joined the United States Army immediately upon graduating from West Point. He immediately took a platoon leaders position and was promoted simultaneously and above his peers into the executive officer position. He was seeing rapid success in his military career until it was cut short due to a degenerative knee disease. He was medically and honorably discharged from the United States Army due to the severity of his knee condition.
Upon transition, he took a high paying engineering management position at a fortune 400 automotive defense contractor.
Through some life changing events and an incredible shift in mindset, A.J. was able risk everything to grow his savings into a million-dollar real estate business. He did this by building relationships with community members and stay true to values and principles instilled from years of self development.
He and his wife, Marissa, started Marissa’s Fit Boutique, LLC which is a boutique style fitness studio in Oshkosh, WI. She also partnered with two network marketing companies selling holistic based vitamins, essential oils, and fitness products.
Between network marketing, Marissa’s Fit Boutique, real estate cash flow, and small business consulting, A.J. and Marissa built a million-dollar portfolio earning multiple six figures passively.
Today, A.J. runs Armstrong Ventures which is an online consulting company aimed at coaching leadership through storytelling. A.J. wants to share his journey and his secrets with the world.
